Protection of personal data
MgA. Mariana Berecová, ID: 08816786 , with registered office at Květoslava Mašity 291, Všenory, 25231, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), as the administrator of personal data, hereby informs its customers (natural persons) as so-called data subjects about the manner and extent of processing of personal data data from the Seller, including the extent of rights of data subjects related to the processing of their personal data by the Seller.
1. Personal data processed by the Seller
The seller processes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation of personal data; hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") and further in accordance with the relevant national legislation in the field of personal data protection, personal data provided to the Seller by the Buyer (natural person) as a data subject in connection with the purchase of goods or when claiming goods. The seller processes the following personal data of data subjects:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Residence address or delivery address
- IP address
- Browser and device data
- Data relating to the purchases made (i.e. e.g. type, price of goods, date of purchase, data on the status of the customer account)
The seller processes these personal data only in accordance with the purposes listed below and to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfill these stated purposes.
2. Purpose and legal reason for the processing of personal data by the Seller
- The processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of concluding a purchase contract and its subsequent implementation, delivery of ordered goods and for the purposes of fulfilling legal tax obligations.
- In connection with the order, the Seller collects and processes personal data to the extent of – name, surname, address of residence or delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address. Communication of this personal data is a basic prerequisite for concluding or changing the purchase contract, while the provision of personal data is mainly used for unambiguous and unmistakable identification of the buyer and contacting him for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods.
- In connection with the handling of complaints, the Seller processes personal data for the purposes of fulfilling contractual and legal obligations of the Seller and for the purposes of its legitimate interests in the event of a possible dispute arising from a complaint.
- When handling complaints, the Seller collects and processes personal data to the extent of – name, surname, address of residence or delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, transaction history of orders,
3. Time of personal data processing
The seller processes personal data in the event of the purchase of goods in the e-shop for the duration of the contractual relationship, further for the period necessary to ensure mutual rights and obligations arising from the contract and further for a period of 2 years from the date of expiry of the warranty period for the goods for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Seller (see above). Issued tax documents are, in accordance with § 35 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on value added tax, as amended, archived for a period of 10 years from their issue. Due to the need to document a legal reason for issuing tax documents, orders are also archived for 10 years from the date the order was sent by the customer.
4. Access to Personal Data
In addition to the Seller and its employees, personal data may also be processed by the Seller's contractual partners as processors to ensure the purposes described above.
The seller may also be obliged to transfer some personal data on the basis of valid legal regulations, e.g. to state administration bodies, courts or law enforcement authorities.
5. Rights to personal data processed by the Seller
In relation to personal data, the data subject has the following rights:
- Right of access to personal data – the right to request information on whether certain personal data of the data subject is being processed by the Seller and the right to access this personal data and other information according to Article 15 of the Regulation
- Right to data portability – the right to obtain the personal data of the data subject and the right to transfer this data to another administrator or to have the personal data transferred by the Seller directly to another administrator, if this is technically feasible
- Right to rectification – the right to demand that the Seller correct inaccurate personal data of the data subject without undue delay;
- Right to restriction of processing – the right to demand that the Seller limit the processing of personal data, e.g. in the case of exercising the right to correction
- Right to erasure - the right to demand that the Seller delete the personal data without undue delay, e.g. if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected, or the consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed by the Seller has been revoked by the data subject and there is no other legal title for processing; or if personal data were processed unlawfully by the Seller);
- The right to object – the right to demand that the Seller stop processing personal data based on the legitimate interest of the data subject
- The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time , if the processing is based on consent
- The right to contact the Office for the Protection of Personal Data .

In the event of any question regarding the processing of personal data or the exercise of the aforementioned rights, the Buyer is entitled to contact the Seller in writing at the MgA address. 7. Processing customer data based on consent for marketing and business purposes
If you consent to the processing of personal data for marketing and business purposes, your personal data will be processed by MgA. Mariana Berecová in the scope – name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, data obtained from cookie files, data related to purchases made, browser and device data and possibly other online identifiers, primarily for the purpose of creating a suitable offer of goods and in connection with reaching out to the customer, namely through means of internet advertising and in the form of electronic communication used to send personalized offer e-mails, targeted advertising and other commercial communications through electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in wording of later regulations.
8. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that, after visiting our website, requests to be downloaded to the personal computer, smartphone, tablet or other device that is used to access the website. This file can be deleted at any time, or the use of cookies can be completely disabled in the browser. Cookies are used to record Internet traffic and include identifying pages that are used, which products users view, time spent browsing, and remembering user preferences. This helps analyze website traffic data to improve the website user experience.
